Refund/Cancellation Policy - All tickets to events & tours can be cancelled for a full refund within 48 hours from time of purchase.

Fulfillment Policy - After purchasing a ticket to an event/tour, you will receive a digital ticket which gives confirmation of receipt. Correspondence from our support team where we will provide all details related to the upcoming event/tour. At the actual event/tour, you will receive all that was guaranteed within the relevant ticket.
