Who will be attending?

Every About Time trip will have a tour coordinator accompanying the group to ensure smooth execution. In addition, we keep our groups small and intimate in terms of numbers but its open to anyone who wants to attend  but we do mandate that any individual attending be age 21 and over.  

Trips dates and duration

Departure date from home airport - May 5th, 2023 (departing early morning)

Departure date from Curaçao - May 7th, 2023 (In the afternoon)

Accommodation

We will be staying at Mangrove Beach Corendon Curacao All Inclusive Resort , Curio by Hilton which is a five (5) star all inclusive hotel is a luxurious resort located on the island situated on the beautiful shores of Jan Thiel Bay, surrounded by lush mangroves and crystal-clear waters. The resort also offers a range of dining options, including but not limited to a buffet restaurant serving international cuisine, an à la carte restaurant serving Caribbean-inspired dishes, and several bars serving refreshing drinks and cocktails. The resort also features a beach club with a lounge area, a swimming pool with a swim-up bar, and guests can enjoy a variety of activities and entertainment options, including water sports, tennis, mini-golf, and fitness classes.

Activities

Please note that we intend to do the following activities but this subject to weather and any other circusmtances that may be out of our control.

• Visit & Tour Curacao Liqueur Distillery 
• Visit & Tour Curacao Ostrich Farm 
• Visit & Tour Hato Caves
• Visit some of the island's famous beaches

Do I need a visa?

No visa is required!

How will we get to the activities?

All ground transportation is included. We will for most activites be driving to them but on the rare occasions a bit of walking.

Can I just book anytime, wouldn't the price always be the same?

No. Unfortunately, we are subject to some level of uncertainty in prices with regard to airline prices as we are a small travel size we do not benefit from group discounts. The only fixed cost are our accomodations and ground transport as we already have relationships with these entities and have already gotten fixed prices so our non-flight package prices will never change. For all other packages that include flights, we will be revising our prices as we see necessary to adjust for flight increases that may occur. The only way to lock in a price for a flight package is to either pay in full or make the initial deposit on one of our payment plans.

Payment & Payment Plans

We know travel can be a bit expensive and though we strive to keep cost as low as possible we also reconize the benefit of a payment plan option. Here is the Payment Plans as well as Payment options provided.

1.  We will not accept any more bookings after March 31st
2. The only payment plan available is a 50% deposit made by March 31st 2023 with the balance to be paid by April 25th 2023.
3. All payments will be made via the website and require a Visa or Mastercard.
