Who will be attending?

Every About Time trip will have a tour coordinator accompanying the group to ensure smooth execution. In addition, we keep our groups small and intimate in terms of numbers but its open to anyone who wants to attend  but we do mandate that any individual attending be age 21 and over.  

Trips dates and duration

Departure date from home airport - Nov21st, 2023 (departing in the PM)

Arrival date into Dubai - November 22nd, 2023 (arriving in the PM due to change in time)

Departure date from Dubai - Dec 1st, 2023 (Very early in the AM)

Accommodation

We will be staying in three (3) different high quality hotels in Dubai, one near Old Dubai, one near New Dubai and one near the beach to give you different but high quality experiences. All rooms are double occupancy unless single occupancy is selected. If you are travelling solo, we will put you with someone of the same gender and similar age. If booking for more than one person at the same time please select the number of tickets and be sure to fill out the registration form for each guest. If booking by yourself and have somone else booking separately, please reach out to us so we can pair y'all together. If booking and desire your own room please select the single occupancy option. For all other enquires or packages not shown, please reach out to support@abouttimetravel.com and we will try our best to accomodate.

Activities

Please note that we intend to do the following activities but this subject to weather and any other circusmtances that may be out of our control.

• Day Trip to Abu Dhabi
• Day Trip to a Desert Safari 
• Day Trip to Old Dubai (Souks and Cultural encounters)
• Day Trip to Modern Dubai including going up to Burj Khalifa
• Day excursion to Dubai's Snow Park where you can indugle in many activities such as meeting penguins and learning to ski or snowboard
• Beach Day where you can bask in the Middle Eastern sun
• Excursions to trendy Bars, Restaurants & clubs
• Excursions to Shopping Centres/Food Events

Do I need a visa?

Yes, if you hold a Trinidad passport, a visa is required but is one of the easiest visa you will ever apply for. NO need to go into nay embassy as its all done online and for an additional fee of US$249, About Time Travel can handle all aspects of the visa process. If you hold an U.S passport, you do not need a visa.

What hotels will we be staying at?

The hotels are currently set as Hampton by Hilton, Sofitel Dubai The Obelisk & The Palm by House of Originals. All hotels will include breakfast and handled on your behalf.

How will we get to the activities?

All ground transportation is included. We will for most activites be driving to them but on the rare occasions we may take the train or boats and a bit of walking (for example when sightseeing Old & New Dubai)

Can I just book anytime, wouldn't the price always be the same?

No. Unfortunately, we are subject to some level of uncertainty in prices with regard to airline prices as we are a small travel size we do not benefit from group discounts. The only fixed cost are our accomodations and ground transport as we already have relationships with these entities and have already gotten fixed prices so our non-flight package prices will never change. For all other packages that include flights, we will be revising our prices as we see necessary to adjust for flight increases that may occur. The only way to lock in a price for a flight package is to either pay in full or make the initial deposit on one of our payment plans.

Payment & Payment Plans

We know travel can be a bit expensive and though we strive to keep cost as low as possible we also reconize the benefit of a payment plan option. Here are some quick Payment Plans as well as Payment options provided.

1.  We will not accept any more bookings less than 60 days in advance to the departure day. The last day to book, which would required full payment is September 20th, 2023.
2. All our payment plans require a  deposit of $1000 and up to $2500 depending on when you start the plan.
3. In the ticket description you can see what package & payment plan you are paying for and choose appropiately. For all payment plans, you will recieve a follow up email from support@abouttimetravel.com within 48 hours with the full payment period and details of how future payments will be made.
