Who will be attending?

Every About Time trip will have a tour coordinator accompanying the group to ensure smooth execution. In addition, we keep our groups small and intimate in terms of numbers but its open to anyone who wants to attend  but we do mandate that any individual attending be age 21 and over.  We will also accept anyone 18-20 once accompanied by an adult.

Trips dates and duration

Departure date from home airport - March 27th, 2024 (departing in the PM)

Arrival date into London - March 28thst, 2024 (arriving in the AM)

Departure date from London - April 7th, 2024

Accommodation

We will be staying in quality 4-5 star hotels in London and Manchester. All rooms are double occupancy unless requested or specificied otherwise. We will put you with somone of the same gender and similar age. If booking for more than one person at the same time please select the number of tickets and be sure to fill out the registration form for each guest. If booking by yourself and have somone else booking separately, please reach out to us so we can pair y'all together. If booking and desire your own room please reach out to us via email and we will let you know the additional cost. For all other enquires or packages not shown, please reach out to support@abouttimetravel.com and we will try our best to accomodate.

Activities

Please note that we intend to do the following activities but this subject to weather, scheduling and any other circusmtances that may be out of our control.

• Minimum of 4 Premier league games*
• Trips to popular London Sites 
• Stadium Tours
• A match of pick up football 
• Day Trip to Snowdonia 
• Excursions to Bars and Restaurants
• Excursions to Shopping Centres/Food Events/Farmers Market

What games will we be attending?

Though still tentative based on the schedule to be confirmed by the Premier League , we intend to attend at a minimum four of the below games. Full schedule and iteniary will be released closer to the actual trip.

1. Liverpool vs Brighton (Anfield Stadium)
2. Manchester City v Arsenal (Etihad Stadium)
3. Chelsea vs Manchester United (Stamford Bridge Stadium)
4. West Ham vs Tottenham (London Stadium)
5. Arsenal vs Luton (Emirates Stadium)
6. Crystal Palace vs Man City (Selhurst Park)
7. Brighton vs Arsenal (Amex Stadium)

Will I be seated in the Home or Away section?

 In an effort to make this trip as inclusive as possible we will be attending all games as Home fans. Within the registration form, we will have a section for you to give the team you support and all efforts will be made to accomodate. Further details and contact will be made upon registration.

How will we get to the games and activities?

All ground transportation is included. For all our London games/activities, we will be using the subway system. For games/activities outside of London, such as Liverpool and Manchester, we will be driving to the games and surrounding areas.

Can I just book anytime, wouldn't the price always be the same?

No. Unfortunately, we are subject to the same uncertainty in prices with regard to airline prices as we are a small travel size we do not benefit from group discounts. The only fixed cost are our accomodations and ground transport as we already have relationships with these entities and have already gotten fixed prices so our non-flight package prices will never change. For all other packages that include flights, we will be revising our prices as we see necessary to adjust for flight increases that may occur. The only way to lock in a price for a flight package is to either pay in full or make the initial deposit on one of our payment plans.

Payment & Payment Plans

We know travel can be a bit expensive and though we strive to keep cost as low as possible we also reconize the benefit of a payment plan option. Here are some quick Payment Plans as well as Payment options provided.

1.  We do not accept any more bookings less than 60 days in advance to the departure day. The last day to book, which would required full payment is Feb 1st
2. There are payment plan available after with a deposit of USD$999
3. In the ticket description you can see what package & payment plan you are paying for and choose appropiately. For all payment plans, you will recieve a follow up email from support@abouttimetravel.com within 48 hours with the full payment period and details of how future payments will be made.
