    Who will be attending?

    Every About Time trip will have a tour coordinator accompanying the group to ensure smooth execution.  In addition, we keep our groups small and intimate in terms of numbers and its open to anyone who wants to attend; please note that we do mandate that any individual attending be age 21 and over.

    We will be staying at Four (4) to Five (5) Star hotels across all cities.

    Do I need a visa?

    Yes, a Bali visa is required but can be done very easily online & our expert team can assist. For Seoul, a simple ETA is needed, all done online.

    How will we get to the activities?

    All ground transportation is included. We will be driving for most activities but on the some occasions a bit of walking.

    Can I just book anytime, wouldn't the price always be the same?

    No. Unfortunately, we are subject to some level of uncertainty in prices mainly when it comes to airlines. For all packages that include flights, we will be revising our prices as we see necessary to adjust for flight increases that may occur. The only way to lock in a price for a flight package is to either pay in full or make the initial deposit on one of our payment plans.

    Payment & Payment Plans

    We know travel can be a bit expensive and though we strive to keep cost as low as possible we also recognize the benefit of a payment plan option. Here is the Payment Plans as well as Payment options provided.

     We will not accept any more bookings after March 30th 2027, subject to availability

    The current payment plan is USD$99 deposit followed by equal monthly payments until May 30th, 2027.

    All payments will be made via the website and require a Visa or Mastercard.
